Lumbar osteochondrosis is one of the most common forms of the underlying disease, in reality osteochondrosis. The lumbar osteochondrosis, whose symptoms are equally determined by men and women, manifested in the form of pain concentrated in the sacred area, reflected in their symptoms and at the inferior ends, which is often determined by patients as "pinching of the lumbar nerve".

General description
Very often, the form of osteochondrosis undergoes the background of the back injuries and a sedentary lifestyle, respectively, automatically in the risk group, if possible this disease, people whose professional activity implies the loads that affect the back. And these are not only employees who, of course, belong to this group, but also to removals, manufacturers, service workers (waiters, for example), drivers, etc.
An important role is assigned to the inheritance factor in the context of the consideration of thoracic osteochondosis. Here, not a lot, not a few, but about 60% of the probability is present in the presence of a disease in closer relatives. The rest of the external environment has the effects of the factors, which, in one degree or another, influence the spine.
Lumbar osteochondrosis, such as its other forms, characterizes the pain of variable gravity that can be painful, deriving after sleep or with a prolonged discovery in the same position (with seat, prolonged standing), as well as shooting and acute. In the latter version, they present themselves following a long -term acceptance of a not too convenient installation, while at the same time in such a situation in such a situation of implementation of the actions aimed at flexion, thus excluding this laying together with the load, provided. In reality, the pain was born due to the pinch with the appropriate effects of the nerve roots, as well as the irritation of the nerves in the spinal column, the irritation of ligaments and muscles (concentrated in the structure of the erenaven, that is, the actual arrangement of the nerves of the area under examination, its control) and edema.
It is important to note that in an isolated form, this type of osteochondrosis is extremely rare, and therefore very often the course of the disease is combined with the symptoms inherent in cervical osteochondosis, we will consider it already in our next article.
The general symptom and the first, relevant for all forms of osteochondrosis, as we have already noticed, consists in the manifestation of pain, which in this case is determined by a specific location, that is, pain in the lower back. The diffusion (radiation) of pain can be seen in the hips and buttocks, as well as to the legs (from their external surface).
The term used to determine osteochondrosis in a more detailed version (degenerative dyeing lesion), relevant for the intervertebral disc, actually implies a significant complex of pathological states in its variety, directly related to various types of spinal column structures (spinal column), i. e. with discs, joints and ostefists. The same problems that refer directly to the defeat of the disc are made up in its protrusion and in the recording pain. Vides of osteochondrosis and concentration camp.
Protrusion for lumbar osteochondosis
Protect in this area of interest for us develop more often, moreover, they are protrusions that cause the appearance of pain in the lower back. The lumbar region itself, given its position and characteristics, is more subject to the emergence of some functional problems.
That is, when considering this statement on the one hand, it can be distinguished that our center of gravity refers directly to the lumbar department, respectively, it is precisely on it that a significant part of the load accounts. When considering, on the other hand, it can be seen that a significant size of the movements, again, falls on this lumbar region. Having said that, the greatest tendency to damage (as well as the protrusions of interest for us) is on the discs concentrated in the lumbar region. Furthermore, we must not forget that the changes in the records in this and, of course, in other areas, they also occur, also against the background of the degenerative processes related to age.
Remember our readers what the protrusions are themselves. The connection of the discs between them in the spine is provided by the wheels according to the cartilage. The main components of the intervertebral disc are a core of pier and a fibrous ring, through which the fixation is provided inside the framework of the spinal disc. The impact of some factors and conditions causes the possibility of breaking this ring, on which the protrusion of the nucleus occurs in turn. As a result of this process, hernia develops. As for the protrusion, it is already developing following a similar course of the process, but without the concomitant breakage of the ring - in this case it is simply subject to thinning and not a break, because the core protrudes directly through the ring. In reality, this protrusion is defined as protrusion.
As for the symptoms of the protrusion, it is manifested as follows:
- a feeling of rigidity in the lower back;
- pain in the lumbar region;
- Lower pain of chronic nature;
- lumbosacral root;
- numbness, pain, tingling fingers on the legs, on the feet;
- compromised urination functions (in rare cases of pathology in question).
Mainly, conservative treatment is applied to the protrusion of the lumbar disc. In the meantime, significant in the development of the protrusion is often accompanied by serious symptoms, resistant to treatment, in this case, it is no longer possible to do without surgery.
Lumbar osteochondrosis: symptoms
Pain in this form of osteochondrosis occurs in various variants of intensity. Therefore, it can be painful pain, which manifests itself mainly after sleep or after a long seat, and there may be pains that pull and sharp in their manifestation. At the same time, the manifestation of the latter is often known when occupying an uncomfortable pose without the ability to straighten. Any variant of the pain is directly related to the impact on nerve endings, with muscle edema, their irritation and with pizzichi, to which the nerve roots are subject. The pain is also associated with the irritation of the lumbar lumbar lumbar in the field of innervation of its nerve endings.
The strengthening of the lower back in the form of osteochondrosis in question is noticed during the cough and sneezing, included with the body made by the body (in particular with the inclinations of the attacker).
The lumbar osteochondrosis can also appear, in addition to back pain, also in the form of sensitivity disorders marked in some areas (skin, half of the body, leg muscles). Even the weakening of the reflections of the tendon in the legs or their complete disappearance is not excluded. As a rule, it is the osteochondrosis that causes the development of the curvature in the lumbar column.
On the basis of a specific plane of effective curvature, osteochondosis is divided into the following types:
- Cifosi - In this case, the smoothness of the lumbar region is noted and often folds again;
- Lordoses - bend the spine;
- Scoliosis: the spine is curved on the left or right.
The pinching of roots belonging to the spinal cord due to the development of osteocondrosis within the framework of the lumbar region is often determined in the form of a number of specific disorders, i. e. defecation or urination, violations associated with sensitivity in genital organs or perineum.
As a rule, the pain appears (and also exacerbated) following the effect produced during physical effort. The painful answer in this case can be noticed after this load and after some time since its exposure. Basically, the patients' complaints about this subject are reduced to the appearance of opaque and painful pain in the lower back and in some cases gives in one leg, which is defined as low back pain. In addition, complaints can arise on the appearance of the pain in the leg with its strengthening at the time of the attempt to raise something heavy (lumbago). The same goes to sneeze and toss, driving with tremors, changing the position occupied by the body, as well as a long stay in the same position as the body.
Following the exacerbation of the disease in question, there is a constant tension and pronounced on the side of the back muscles, which manifests itself in the impossibility of making actions aimed at straightening or moving. Any movement is accompanied by an increase in pain. In addition, even with a patient's stern time in cold conditions, he has acute lumbar pain (which is also defined as a "background").
The symptoms of lumbar osteochondosis also appear as follows:
- violation of the sensitivity from hips, buttocks, legs, in the foot (which is noticed a little less often);
- Spasmodic arteries of the feet, increased legs of the legs;
- tingling that stands in the legs, "Goosebumps";
- Empty the skin and its dryness in the area in which the loss of sensitivity or pain is usually seen;
- Interruption disorders.
Like the most unpleasant complication that occurs against the background of the osteocondrosis, the instability of the vertebrae can be distinguished, in which the disc ceases to correctly correct the vertebra. This, in turn, causes "slipping" if exposed to the gravity of the lumbar region from the sacred to the load provided on the lumbar. As a result of this, not only unpleasant violations can develop, but violations are dangerous and linked to the work of the internal organs. In particular, the "suffering" parental system is manifested in men in the form of problems with power and in women - in the form of problems related to appendices, uterus and ovaries.
Manifestations of lumbar osteochondosis
In accordance with the most complete classification, a series of specific syndromes are distinguished which are relevant for lumbar osteochondosis. In particular, these include syndromes as follows:
- Reflex syndromes: they include Lumboilia, Lumbalgia and Lumbago;
- Rine syndrome-nunnimic (or discogenic) sacral radicalite, whose course is mainly accompanied by damage to the first sacral roof or the root of the fifth lumbar;
- The syndromes are manifested to radical vascular in the form of the squeezing process of the radothuloschemia vessels (in particular, the veins or arteries are subject to crushing), while the squeezing is performed simultaneously with the spine.
We shortly highlight that they are the listed syndromes.
LumaglyIn particular, it implies a chronic type of pain, which appears precisely after a long -term adoption of an uncomfortable position with a body or after a long seat, as well as after exposure to the body and a specific area after physical activity.
LumbagoIt manifests itself in the form of acute lumbar pain, characterized by "background", mainly lumbago occurs at the time of weight lifting or with a successful movement. Sometimes Lumbago is also noticed after cough or sneezing.
Diseases that are accompanied by lumbar osteochondosis
The lumbar osteochondrosis occurs not only in combination with pain and other symptoms listed, but also in combination with some characteristic diseases of the internal organs.
Therefore, about 30% of patients with a relevant clinic for lumbar osteochondrosis, notes the presence of some problems associated with the liver or functions of the gastrointestinal tract. The fact is that the presence of a particular disease of the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas or liver causes, together with the impulses of pain, the tension of the blood vessels and muscles and spasm, due to which there is a state of hunger for oxygen with the simultaneous development of the body of the dystrophic process in some areas of the body. The aggravation of the process occurs with a violation of the metabolism, which is inherent in this type of disease.
In addition, as we have already noticed previously, back pain can cause the development of diseases in the pelvic organs. Women can meet a disease such as inflammation of the appendices (which is defined as adrenasite) and men, in turn, experiment with all the "pendants" of prostatitis, that is, inflammation of the prostate gland.
The manifestations of the lumbar osteochondrosis are also accompanied by pushing phenomena in the pelvic area, which develop due to the above diseases, including chronic colitis, hemorrhoids and constipation.
Treatment
Mainly the treatment of osteochondrosis is multicomponent and quite complicated in its implementation. Mainly all therapy measures are reduced to the following points:
- pharmacological treatment;
- if necessary - surgical treatment;
- diet;
- Medical physical education.
The exacerbation of the disease requires, first of all, respect for bed rest for patients. The main recommendation for this part is a place of hard/hard sleep. Extremely expressed in the events, the attacks provide for the need for a minimum load and in early contact to the relevant specialist. The appearance of symptoms that indicate the possible relevance of the lumbar osteocondrosis requires an appeal to a neurologist.
